The garden founded in 1931, is the vision of one passionate nature lover Brother Marie Victorin and the expertise of another, Henry Teuscher a botanist and horticulturist.
The garden has a mission to conserve, develop and present to the public plant collections and pursue research activities. The garden takes visitors on a voyage of discovery in the world of plants, to discover and explore the different cultures. It offers a unique training ground with its numerous horticultural activities.
The garden is located at the corner of Pie IX et Shebrooke Street near the Olympic Stadium.
