The Administration is open between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Our offices are closed on weekends and holidays, even when the Planetarium is open to the public.
Since 1966 the Montreal Planetarium has been offering multi-media shows revealing the fascinating world of astronomy and space exploration. Since its opening the Planetarium has produced more than 250 shows attended by more than 6 million visitors.
The Planetarium aims to familiarize the general public with nature and natural sciences and astronomy in particular. To help people be aware of the importance of protecting the natural heritage and the relationship between humans and environment.
