Opened in 1980 as a small bar terrace, the St. Sulpice has gone to spread over 3 floors and the basement of a century old house. The crowds spill over the rooms and the terrace, downing specials on pints and pitchers. Each floor features a different ambiance and the music ranges from pop to rock to classics.
There’s a chill room with soft couches to lounge around.
There are paintings and sculptures along the stairway and even a small library along a side wall. The pub hosts an annual poetry competition.
At St. Sulpice you get more than you bargained for in a pub.
